The parables of Jesus are rich in guidance and specific teaching, but often difficult to decipher, especially to those who do not have ears to hear. During this series we will unwrap the stories and delve into the truths that were revealed to some and concealed from others; and we will be challenged to examine more closely the 'Kingdom of God' as taught to us by Jesus through the parables.
Come and join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 as we continue to learn what it means to follow Christ together.
Our adult class is taught by several gifted men who share the responsibility of teaching doctrine and theology clearly and graciously to us using the scriptures alone or combined with a book for a topical study. The setting is informal and the teaching is interactive, insightful and filled with practical application. We encourage you to participate with us in this important ministry.
"If God made it the business of some to be teachers, it will follow, that he hath made it the business of others to be learners; for teachers and learners are correlates, one of which was never intended to be without the other. God hath never made it the duty of some to take pains to teach those who are not obliged to take pains to learn."
~ Jonathan Edwards

"The battle of the flesh is won or lost in the mind."
'Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.'
